North Bay Inspection will contact within 24 hours to set an inspection date. Hours available are either 9am or 1:30-2pm in the afternoon. Please be present during time of inspection, and it's a good idea to not have your pets present during the inspection. Payment is due at time of inspection (check/money order/cashier's check). There is an escrow fee of $50 (90 day maximum). North Bay Inspection appreciates your business!
